What looks like tyre tracks are actually hermit crab tracks. There're tons of crabs; on the beach, up the trees, in the bushes, everywhere. Beware if you pick up a shell thinking it'll be a nice souvenier, as most likely it'll be occupied.
Another picture perfect tropical island. The water visibility in the Maldives is exceptional, which is what makes it a popular dive destination.
