IN SPITE OF THE PROTESTS, ESKOM IS PROCEEDING AT THYSPUNT!

THE ONLY ORGANIZATION FIGHTING THIS INSTALLATION IS THE THYSPUNT ALLIANCE AND THE ONLY REMAINING AVENUE TO STOP THE NUCLEAR POWER PLANT AT THYSPUNT IS VIA LEGAL ACTION.

• The Environmental Impact Assessment Process has not been completed and rebuttals to the EIA from Thyspunt Alliance experts have been ignored.
• Eskom has purchased property at and near the Thyspunt site, publicly stated that is it proceeding with the nuclear plant at that site.

The Thyspunt Aliance is a non-profit organization of concerned, informed individuals and entities, with a wide variety of expertise, committed to stop the installation of a nuclear power plant at Thyspunt.
