It's Rock N' Roll in Durban and Coffee Bay cooks again,

Pick of the bunch:	Durban turns on for the holiday season and Coffee Bay keeps on cooking!
DBN:	Make sure you get your gate pass access sorted to the beachfront before Thursday because of all the road closures and the surf is gonna pump! Friday and Sat won’t be too shabby either.
COFFEE BAY:	Monday fires in the bay and then the rest of the week cooks on the points north and south. Warning there has been plenty of rain recently so avoid those spots that are prone to dirty water in the rain.
EL:	Thursday, Friday and Saturday all look great for surfing.
PE:	Monday early there could be some leftovers, then keen an eye on Thursday and Friday there might be a little pre Christmas pressie.
CT:	Thursday and Friday look like the days this week. Keep an eye on those winds, but by Friday arvo you could be sitting deep in a pit with a howling offshore.

Pick of the bunch:	Coffee Bay as the independent republic of the parallel universe, again!
DBN:	Monday and Tuesday early looks good between the piers.
COFFEE BAY:	Monday to Friday cooks in Coffee Bay this week. Shew those guys must be exhausted from all the good surf they’ve had recently!
EL:	A bout of East swell is going to mix things up in Slummies this week. Best bet Monday or Tuesday early.
PE:	Tuesday and Wed could be fun in the Bay with the Easterly swell direction and SW winds.
CT:	Not a great week for surf in The Mother City this week. Wednesday will more closely resemble mid winter than mid summer with a NW blow and some rain. There could be some elementary options in False Bay on Wed and Thurs, but don’t hold your breath

Coffee Bay cooks again proving it is part of the parallel universe

Pick of the bunch:	You have gotta love that Coffee Bay point this week!
DBN:	It’s gonna be small onshore ramps in the bowls for the first half of the week and then some east-west switches towards the end of the week. Something to surf pretty much every day but nothing epic.
COFFEE BAY:	The Point cooks Tuesday, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sunday. Four days of epic waves doesn’t sound like a bad week at all!
EL:	It’s a bit of a mixed bag this week with all that short period east swell around and some SW winds. Tuesday could be epic at the right spot if you know where to go.
PE:	Not a great week for surf in the friendly city. The best option will probably be next weekend but don’t hold your breath.
CT:	Thursday and maybe Friday looks like the best of a bad bunch in the mother city this week.

Absolutely! I found that out the hard way with Splenda (that stuff is all-around bad for you). I am trniyg to keep it to no more than 2-3 packets worth of Equal per day or less if I have a diet soda (I love me some Diet Dr. P *ahem*)I like your suggestion of a coffee in the AM and then tea the rest of the day I think I'll give that a try, thanks!!
